This is 1111!!!

The day of binary code 010111 ... anyhow time to look back to last year.

January:

Tripping in New Mexico. Long flight to Albaquerque; took 24h due a bit delay in Washington. Had a short pit-stop at Dallas on the way back, had a nice rental there VW Jetta with V6 engine. Had cockroaches in the first hotel room, broken air vent system on the next...

February:
Visited Tallinn to eyewitness the figure skating EM 2010, go Laura, go!! In Tallinn it was so cold that you could hear the hell freezing over. Had a traditional dinner in Controvento, local Italian joint. The ex-owner of the place was shot down by local Mafia some years ago. And Laura did get the Silver!

March:
Tripping in Boston and Chelmsford. Stayed in Boston Back Bay, which was actually very nice. There is fewer and fewer contract hotels and no staying at the Sheraton Commander anymore, which is sad.
And already forgotten one nighter in Paris. Got lost in the La Defence.

April:
Whole family picked up downhill skiing and we ended up visitin Ylläs for the last weekend. Took the car train to Kolari and drove the last 30 some kilometers to tunturi. Weather was very nice when we arrived and at the last day, but we did get to ski.

May:
Primavera!

June:
Italy: Cattolica and Lido

August:
Helped Aapo to move to Stockholm.

September:
Business trip to Munich.

October:
Visted Tampere to witness Einsturzende Neubauten. Stayed two nights in the Hotel Cumulus.
Some renovation, which at the end seems to get to an bitter argument between us and the carpenter. Spend the days in Scandic Espoo -- quite lousy joint.

November:
Business trip to Berlin and Munich

December:
Visitin Oulu/Liminka for holidays and a short one night biz trip to Munich. Got promoted to Finnair Silver.
